RE/MAX Vision, properties for sale in Massachusetts. RESPONSIVE*PROFESSIONAL*DEDICATED

I was raised in the Worcester area and attended Assumption College. I graduated from Bay State Realty School in 2008. I am currently a member of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and MLS Pin Property Information Network. I obtained my Realtor designation in the fall of 2008.
My extensive experience in sales and customer service has prepared me for the challenge of selling Real Estate in today's ever changing market. I believe a home is our most important investment! I have serviced both buyers and sellers and have a special affinity for first time buyers. Their enthusiasm is contagious and I thoroughly enjoy educating you buyers on the process of purchasing their first home.
My husband and I moved our family to Holden in 2000. We are the parents of triplets plus one. Needless to say, time management is my strong suit! I have been a volunteer for PTA at Dawson Elementary School and Mount View Middle School in Holden. I am currently serving on the parent hospitality committee at St. John's High School.

Sandy did a good job with this transaction.  She was our buyer's broker when we bought our new home, and we appreciated that she looked out for our interests.  As the agent who sold my old home, she did a great job generating excitement leading to a well-attended open house, which resulted in eight offers above asking price leading to a transaction which netted me to nearly the asking price.

As far as downside, I wish that I could have had more time (24 hours to "sleep on it") to consider the offers and discuss them with my life partner, then get input from Sandy in the next morning and make a decision.  In the end though, the buyers wanted the house, and everything went smoothly, so really happy overall.  I think that his is my final home, but if ever I do sell I would do business with Sandy and RE/MAX Vision again.
